Its a unid rare Max Defense Shield of the Wing Req.7. Big bucks or just mid range small etc.

Rule of thumb when selling un-identfied items is you will never know what they are worth. It is basically worth whatever the person you are dealing with is willing to pay. Once you ID the item then you can put a price on it. With that said a low req will help you sell it quicker although not for the high price you probably are looking for. Good luck.
